Residential Inspections

We make sure you understand the major systems of the house you’re about to call a home. This includes the roof, attic, exterior, doors, windows, basement, crawlspace, heating and cooling system, plumbing, electrical, interior, appliances, and fireplaces. Inspections are performed to InterNACHI Standards of Practice.

    $50 for each additional 400 sq ft.

Mold Sampling

Mold is often hard to detect until it is too late. Make sure you know if mold is present and action is required. We use EMLab (Eurofins EPK Built Environment Testing, LLC), a nationally certified microbiological testing lab.  EMLab is located on the West Coast for fast and accurate lab results.

Thermal Imaging

We use thermal imaging to help detect a variety of issues from moisture intrusion to electrical problems without damaging any part of the home. Inspectors are InfraRed Certified by InterNACHI.

Showing Mini-Inspection

Have an experienced inspector accompany you and / or your real estate agent on the showing. Our mini-inspection looks for obvious major areas of concern during the showing giving you the opportunity to ask questions before making an offer. Cost fully credited to a full J1 home inspection.
